Mohit has the rare ability of being able to meet a person exactly where they are, while speaking to the person they are becoming. In a short amount of time, he has been able to reflect back to me, my known “area’s of opportunity” with a fresh perspective; one rooted in critical thinking, action, presence, and grace.
When you feel that someone can see all of you, not just your past circumstances or present challenges, but the person that still has so much potential, you can’t help but to believe that too and begin showing up as more of your true self.
I’ve found him to be consistent, intentional and understanding. He doesn’t waste time, he respects it. I’ve learned to trust him and myself more with every interaction.
There are many coaches out there, but few can truly speak from a place of having walked the walk; having first gained experience through the trial and error of applied knowledge in their own life then remaining actively committed to ongoing self growth.
If you get the opportunity to work with him, take it. Life can change in a conversation, or in the time that passes after; when you finally catch up with the version of yourself that he knew was inside the whole time. Self growth is a beautiful thing that everyone is worthy of experiencing.
